Make no mistake about it, if you think you have an arts and crafts hobby that you can just pick up and put down based on your personal schedule, you’re just playing games with yourself. Sooner or later, if you are truly committed to your arts and crafts hobby, it will somehow, some way, take over your life.

I know that sounds scary. I know that sounds like it’s far fetched. You might even be thinking that you are a very balanced person who can keep everything and anything related to your family, personal life and professional life separated from each other in neat, tidy little boxes.

Well, think again. A lot of people think along these lines, but unfortunately, once they get into something, it’s as if they jumped into some sort of rabbit hole and it takes forever to get them out. And believe me, I’ve experienced this many times.

Whenever I get into something, I really get into it and it’s as if my whole life revolves around it. Whether it’s some sort of TV show, whether it’s some sort of product or some sort of political cause, I just get into it.

I can’t say I’m alone because a lot of people have an all or nothing mindset. When they really get into something, they really put their whole heart into it and they really exhaust it and focus so much energy and attention and focus into it until they either get bored or they take things to the next level.

I understand what you’re going through because there’s a lot to love when it comes to arts and crafts. Whether you’re into scrapboarding, coming up with your own leather goods, bags, fashion accessories, jewelry, arts and crafts is really amazing.

Not only does it help you explore your personal imagination and creativity, you also get an opportunity to put a smile on people’s faces.

I remember the first time my wife got into jewelry crafting. I thought that it was a passing hobby, but when she started seeing her friends and family members crying, hugging her and otherwise praising her to the high heavens because she, of all people, was able to express their hopes and dreams in a piece of jewelry that meant so much to them on a deep, personal level, that she decided that she was on to something. She decided that this was her way of connecting with people and adding value to people’s lives. That’s how liberating arts and crafts can be.

Now, if that is your mindset and if that’s your daily waking environment, then you shouldn’t be surprised if you lose your phone.

Now, it would be great if you just lost your phone in the house. Now, you probably would not agree that this is great because if this has happened to you, you can easily lose your mind.

It’s very annoying because all your business contacts are on your phone. A lot of your personal memories are in your phone. It’s a mess.

But believe me, losing your phone inside your home is nothing compared to losing it when you are going to arts and crafts conventions or when you’re out and about the town. It’s going to be a problem.

So protect yourself properly. The first thing that you need to do, of course, is to back up all your contacts and all your data to the web.

There are all sorts of online services out there. I’m not going to bore you with a long list of these services. Just find the most reliable one that fits your budget and get done with it.

Next, you need to protect yourself with There are no two ways about it. Get to that website, download their app, install it on your phone, and set your phone to automatically ping its location.

This way, if something happens and your phone disappears or is stolen, you only need to go to to get to the bottom line.

You can instantly know where your phone is so you can then pick up another phone and get in touch with the relevant law enforcement authorities or get in touch with the lost and found department of the store or cafe that you went to.

Whatever the case may be, you will be able to get the key information you need so you can discuss matters with the right people so you can, hopefully, be reunited with your phone sooner rather than later.

It’s very stressful. You don’t need me to remind you of this fact. This is why you need to be prepared. A little bit of preparation can definitely go a long way because you don’t want to lose your phone.
